Microfiltration mainly removes tiny particles, impurities or microorganisms in the ink through physical screening to ensure the purity, stability and safety of the ink. Microfiltration can intercept solid particles in the ink (such as pigment aggregates, dust, fibers, etc.) to prevent clogging of the print head, nozzle or tattoo needle; improve the uniformity of the ink and avoid color difference in printing or mottled tattoo color caused by uneven particle distribution.
